The document says "This specification defines a Media Source Extensions byte
stream format specification based on the ISO Base Media File Format." It is
provided as information linked from the registry
(http://www.w3.org/2013/12/byte-stream-format-registry/).

This bug is about how to provide initData for EME with ISO BMFF files.
