Probably nitpicking, but if a section has a sub-section with a heading, it
complies with the "descendant heading" recommendation but the top-level section
is still "unidentified".

Also, I w/b in favor of explicitly mentioning aria-label as an alternative way
to identify the "theme" of the section.
