[Bug 10912] <output> should not be barred from constraint validation

I don't really understand what it means for <output> to be invalid. There's no
way the user can edit it, after all.

I couldn't find any developer chatter or bugs about this anywhere. I don't
think there's compelling evidence that authors want or need this.

I'm leaning towards WONTFIXing this unless there's some information that I
missed. Anyone know anything relevant that I should look at or consider?
