* Now I have made the code in the inline example document validated also when
you paste it.

* I also updated the code a bit so that we, editors, can simply browse the main
document and paste the result into the sample documents.

* Thus I updated the sample document accordingly.

* Additionally, I added a 'hard link' to a copy of the sample document served
as XHTML, thus exemplifying that polyglots can be served 'both ways'.
