[Bug 16540] Provide guidelines on Key System string format

I should be more clear. Let's start considering it ASAP.  Those are the
capabilities I am currently interested in, although the list might be extended
in the future. I am not clear why adding it to the Key System format would not
work. I have not been able to glean it from the minutes so far.
