The non-interoperability as described in comment 1 (vertical writing). But if
you feel like the best way to resolve this is to file a bug then feel free to
WONTFIX this.

Am I right that you assume IE9 is right and WebKit is wrong? I can't quite tell
that from the prose but I assume the "before" side is more of a natural
interpretation?
