[Bug 17774] New: "For the purposes of document summaries, outlines, and the like," should be treated as a UI issue, and should not be restricted in what text to use. It is e.g. resonable to join the headings with ": " if the hgroup is used for heading+subheading.

Summary: "For the purposes of document summaries, outlines, and
the like," should be treated as a UI issue, and should
not be restricted in what text to use. It is e.g.
resonable to join the headings with ": " if the hgroup
                    is used for heading+subheading.

"For the purposes of document summaries, outlines, and the like," should be
treated as a UI issue, and should not be restricted in what text to use. It is
e.g. resonable to join the headings with ": " if the hgroup is used for
heading+subheading.

That seems reasonable. Do you think we should remove the paragraph entirely, or
do you think there is value in some weaker wording as implementation advice? If
the latter, what do you think it should say?

I'll nuke the paragraph and make sure there's an example somewhere that gives
sample behaviour.
