[Bug 15548] What precisely is "the Document's browsing context"? Nothing seems to explicitly specify how Documents are associated with browsing contexts. Boris says defaultView isn't clearly defined or interoperable across browsers: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Pub

Seems okay to me.  I don't know if this addresses Boris' concerns about
defaultView not being precisely defined.
