[Bug 18304] isPointInPath does not help much if you have multiple polygons that might overlay each other but do have a z-index - meaning, only the top layer should be highlighted on mouseOver/click

This needs a little more information. 

- It could be filed with a little more specific information on what you're
looking for. What use case would this be covering?
- What do you mean by "do have a z-index", do you mean the canvas, or the
individual paths? As a raster based medium, with a single context, I don't
believe that there is currently the concept of multiple levels on a single
canvas.
