Ian, I think microdata has nothing to do with HTML5 spec, and such drastic
change in bug's summary is harmful and confusing.

Just in case, original summary was following:
"Add 'update' boolean attribute to TIME element".

This bug in its current form should not be resolved until having clear
resolution for bug 13240 (related to odd probable dropping TIME element).
