Yeah, to me this all seems quite misguided. If we want to do adaptive quality
streaming, we should do that at the network layer, not in JS. I don't think the
proposed attributes solve the use case presented. I see how bytesReceived,
downloadTime, and networkWaitTime could be used to collect aggregate data about
the user population to help a service optimise in general, but I don't see how
the other attributes can be helpful.
