I posted a 'question' on Google's Help forum for Web Search Suggestions and got
a positive response from a Google employee encouraging more discussion on this.

I'll also be putting a web page up in the near future to promote the idea of
web page context and to encourage / track discussions. We'll just have to wait
and see for responses.
