[Bug 12590] @role=presentation for IMG should also require that @title is empty

But you have, according to what you write below, no tests which show this.

So you actually have *no* documentatation of the most important issue.

You also  "forgot" to answer what happens to the Appple web site example in
Comment #0. Giving that IMG the role=presentation would take away the link text
from the AT user.
