[Bug 12162] Overall comment. A downloadable PDF of the altest editor's draft would be a useful way for readers to access the spec. Personally I would like to add my own comments and notations as I read the sepc, but this is only possible with a PDF. I tried creating

Rationale: There should be a PDF at http://whatwg.org/html, but it is sometimes
out of date because the system I'm running Prince on can't handle the load and
I haven't bothered to increase the limit since this is the only thing hitting
it. I'm happy to add more PDFs if someone can provide me with a scriptable Web
service that returns the PDF when I invoke it with an updated spec. Contact me
