Mozilla bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=589124
WebKit bug: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56400

Mozilla has actually had compat reports from using font-weight: bolder, since
with DirectWrite on Windows, Gecko will now actually use higher-weight fonts
when the font-weight is higher.
