[Bug 13332] Very annoying dropdowns hide the content I want to read and I can't get rid of them

Yeah, I can confirm in Chrome.  There's a status box there that doesn't fade
out and overlaps the actual content of the <dl class=element>, in addition to
the one over on the left that's where it's supposed to be and only fades in
when you stop scrolling.
