Ian, the spec. merges caret and focus ring. We don't want that for reasons
stated. The group needs to reach consensus on the revision which it has not
done. Yet, you keep closing it and wasting our time.

Give the canvas subteam a chance to send in the revised proposal. Let it be
reviewed by the working group before closing this.
