As noted in http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=13429 I disagree
vehemently with breaking up pieces of HTML5 and yanking them out of the W3C
space. 

I strongly recommend that the W3C not ignore this issue. 

I also strongly recommend that the W3C freeze out any WHATWG members from doing
any further edits to HTML5. They're not willing to cooperate with others, and
this move shows they have little or no respect for the W3C. Their actions
undermines the W3C's credibility.
