I'm a little concerned about the difficulty of coming up with a good speech
presentation. That's usually a sign that the element is actually presentational
rather than semantic.

I'm interested in the opinion of others on the usefulness of having an element
to convey the semantic "indicates that the contents are no longer accurate or
no longer relevant".
