Summary: The script's 'for' and 'event' attributes should be
                    checked after setting 'already started'
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: critical
          Priority: P1
Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: hsivonen@iki.fi

Gecko sets 'already started' before it checks the 'for' and 'event' attributes
when running a script.

Unless there's a really good reason for the spec to reverse this order, the
spec should reorder the steps to match Gecko.
