http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=11152 Summary: Polyglot spec should mention accessibility Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTML/XHTML Compatibility Authoring Guide (ed: Eliot Graff) AssignedTo: eliotgra@microsoft.com ReportedBy: tross@microsoft.com QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org, public-html@w3.org, eliotgra@microsoft.com I'm not aware of any specific accessibility issues that arise from constructing polyglot documents, but I still think this topic deserves mention in the spec. If for nothing else, this would be to inform those reading the spec that no additional care needs to be taken for accessibility above and beyond what one would already do with normal HTML or XHTML documents. Of course, if anyone is aware of accessibility-related issues that can be encountered when writing polyglot, those should definitely be called out in the spec. -- Configure bugmail: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
