[Bug 10902] <video> element needs to support some form of DRM solution

I might be being dim, but surely a source which can't be played because of DRM
is no different to a source which can't be played for any other reason (i.e.,
missing codec, whatever)?

I can see the value in adding a MIME type parameter to hint that some kind of
DRM system is required, such that canPlayType() can do the right thing, but
beyond that, I struggle to see how HTML5 itself actually needs to cater for DRM
any more than it needs to cater for a particular codec or container format
(which, given the present specification, it doesn't).
