[Bug 8060] Why must class be a set of unique tokens? It's quite common to have duplicates (~0.5% of dotbot pages), and convenient when you're programmatically generating HTML, and harmless from bugzilla@jessica.w3.org on 2010-10-04 (public-html-bugzilla@w3.org from October 2010)
