Ian, I need a response on this - would any version of RDFa that uses xmlns: be
acceptable to you?

Also, could you answer this question:

Would any version of RDFa that uses a prefixes that can be bound to arbitrary
URLs then combined with other strings to form a URL be acceptable to you.

I believe that this is still your position, but would like to hear it again
from you (because your position may have changed since this bug was created).
