I believe what the OP is referring to is the following scenario. Load the spec
in Firefox, and hit C-f to fire up search. Type 'button'. Firefox scrolls to
the first instance of 'button'. The 'submit review comment' form obscures the
'button' to which Firefox has scrolled us.
