[Bug 9175] should clearly say that cellIndex is not necessarily the same as slot_x (and there should be easy access to slot_x and slot_y)

Rationale: I've added a note to that effect, but I haven't added access to
slot_x/slot_y. I agree that providing that makes sense, but let's wait until
the new stuff is solidly implemented before we add more.
