[Bug 9132] "if it is a number between 0.0 and 1.0" - what is a number? Is it something that WebIDL converts to an IDL double value in its 'any' conversion? Or does toDataURL("image/jpeg", "0.5") count as a number too?

Checked in as WHATWG revision r4891.
Check-in comment: Define what a number is, for the purposes of toDataURL().
