No, I probaly didn't understand what he said, right? You can just go back and
read the exhanges between me and Ian - you will find a lot of reference to the
role of <caption> in most all of them.

Well, you have file a bug saying that flow content should be allowed. Shouldn't
you then give a rationale for that?
