Summary: Language values should be defined by BCP 47
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/WD-html-markup-
                    20100304/datatypes.html#common.data.langcode-def
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
Component: HTML5: The Markup Language (editor: Michael(tm) Smith)
        AssignedTo: mike@w3.org
        ReportedBy: ishida@w3.org

                CC: public-html@w3.org, public-i18n-core@w3.org

[[
9.29. Language tag #
A valid language tag, as defined in RFC 5646 [RFC5646].
]]

This should say BCP 47 instead of RFC 5646, and the reference should also be
fixed.

cf. http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/dom.html#the-lang-and-xml:lang-attributes
which references BCP 47.

Reason: BCP 47 is a non-changing names for the specifications related to
language tagging.
