           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: jmann@microsoft.com

Section: http://dev.w3.org/html5/2dcontext/#dom-context-2d-createlineargradient

Comment:

Based on the behaviour of most browsers, the spec should clarify that the
drawing context should use the parameters of the CanvasGradient object at the
time of drawing, not at the time of assignment.
