          Platform: All
               URL: http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-xhtml-author-guide/html-x

          Priority: P2
Component: HTML/XHTML Compatibility Authoring Guide (ed: Eliot
                    Graff)
        AssignedTo: eliotgra@microsoft.com

Please mention that <col> elements must be wrapped in <colgroup>, because the
HTML parsing algorithm implies a <colgroup> around <col> (like IE), so having a
<col> without <colgroup> makes the document trees differ between HTML and XML.
