[Bug 9942] The sentence "The shadowBlur attribute specifies the size of the blurring effect." is misleading, It should say "The shadowBlur attribute specifies the level of the blurring effect."

I've submitted because the sentence could be misleading and cause the
implementors to think the shadowBlur is the radius of the blur, and it fits
better with the previous description in the parameters list.
