It is true that at the time this bug was filed, there was a great deal of
contentious discussion regarding some of the decisions that had recently been
published. However, discussion has since died down and we have closure on those
issues. In addition, the Chairs have since published further decisions which
did not instigate the same kind of out of control discussions.

The Chairs believe we need to be vigilant to ensure that the outcome of
contentious issues is handled gracefully, but we believe the decision policy is
in fact effective at getting closure on ISSUEs, and so, no change to the
process is needed.
