PE is no guarantee, because you don't know the criteria such firewalls employ, if you have multiple scripts on a page (likely if using API's directly from provider domains) you'll have no idea if all your scripts are available on the client. Although you could super-defensively code around most of it, you'd eventually have to draw a line at catering for the ridiculous.
