Actually, at least in Chrome Mac Dev Channel, /any/ keypress (or
mouse movement) dismisses the tooltip. If broadly adopted, Hide
Tooltip would not need a distinct keyboard binding. This also
reduces the learning curve problem I was worrying about, so any user
action will make the tooltip disappear.
