http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=7523 Summary: Treat <metadata> like <title> in SVG foreign content Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTML5 spec proposals AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org ReportedBy: hsivonen@iki.fi QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org Currently, SVG 1.1 makes all children of SVG <metadata> that HTML5 makes possible in text/html non-conforming. The spec could score some metadata theory points by treating <metadata> the same way <title> is treated in SVG foreign content. Then {http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml}meta could be used as a child of {http://www.w3.org/2000/svg}metadata. -- Configure bugmail: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
