Summary: It's not very clear whether or not this includes word-
                    style, squiggly-line, as-you-type spell-checking. This
feature sounds like more of a manual spell-check done
after a body of text is completed. Should a spell-check

Comment:
It's not very clear whether or not this includes word-style, squiggly-line,
as-you-type spell-checking. This feature sounds like more of a manual
spell-check done after a body of text is completed. Should a spell-check option
be added to the CSS spec for presentation-only spell-checking (i.e. no function
available to actually modify the text, just show that it could be misspelled)?
