Seems like everyone agrees that 

(a) there is a serious issue: the nature of conformance
(b) the "bug" as stated is a joke -- argument-by-ridicule.

The "bug" as written implies that checking conformance is as meaningless as
checking ideology or loyalty.

If this isn't going to remain a joke, please change the 'bug' to identify the
actual issue.
