http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=7386 Summary: SharedWorkerGlobalScope Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Platform: Macintosh OS/Version: Mac System 9.x Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTML5 spec bugs AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org ReportedBy: shelleyp@burningbird.net QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org Web Workers used to be a part of the HTML 5 specification, but then was split off into a separate specification. However, references to the interface, SharedWorkerGlobalScope, defined in the Web Workers document, were left orphaned in the HTML 5 specification. There are three occurrences of this object in the HTML 5 specification, but there is no description of what it is, and nothing that ties it back to the Web Workers document. This will be confusing to those new to HTML 5 and unfamiliar with Web Workers. -- Configure bugmail: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
