Agreed again. This bug wasn't inspired by the lack of interoperability for C-D
at all. I filed it to address the need for an HTML internal solution to the
needs of authors to provide download links. Perhaps we should file a separate
bug on the C-D interoperability problem and see if there's any way for the
HTML5 draft to address that issue.
