[Bug 5837] New: Rename CDATA block state to CDATA section state

http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=5837

Summary: Rename CDATA block state to CDATA section state
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: simonp@opera.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

Terminology issue.

http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Core/core.html#ID-667469212
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml/#sec-cdata-sect

...refer to <![CDATA[ ... ]]> as a CDATA section.

http://code.google.com/webstats/ refers to script and style elements as CDATA
blocks.

To avoid confusion I'd suggest renaming the CDATA block state to CDATA section
state.
