We currently have two rooms secured at each location. The first room
being for the main groups. The second room to be used for parallel
agenda items and/or task forces. As such, priority goes to task forces
associated to WebApps and HTML Working Groups first and to participants
of HTML and WebApps Groups. After all, this is HTML and WebApps meetings
and the location will get picked in the best interest of the two groups.
It has been nice for Paypal to provide us multiple rooms in the past but
keep in mind that we're doing this with very little logistics and
support.
