CfC: publish HTML5 Differences from HTML4 document as a WG Note

The HTML Chairs are issuing a Call for Consensus to publish the HTML5 Differences from HTML4 document as a WG Note.  This document matches the status of the recently announced HTML5 Recommendation [1].

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Friday November 7, this resolution will carry.
