Subject: CfC: longdesc CR Exit Criteria

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to approve the following exit criteria for the HTML5 Image Description Extension (longdesc) specification[1] can be considered interoperable:

>> The Criteria to exit Candidate Recommendation will be that there is a
>> test suite that adequately covers the "must" requirements of the
>> specification, with results showing that each requirement is
>> implemented by at least two independently implemented publicly released user agents.

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.

If there are no objections by 7 April 2014, this resolution will carry.
