The Chairs have recorded your Formal Objection [1] here [2].  This objection will be dealt with by the W3C Director at a future transition point for EME.  Formal Objections are NOT dealt with and do not block the publication of heartbeats Working Drafts.

There is no consensus. The reasons provided in the Formal Objection against the publication of the First Public Working Draft have not been resolved.
