Eliot Graff has asked the Chairs to permit him to scale back his HTML WG editorial work due to other work responsibilities including his work on http://www.webplatform.org .  Therefore Eliot is going to concentrate his editorial efforts on Canvas to just the HTML Canvas 2D Context CR specification [1].

The Chairs have therefore decided to appointed Jatinder Mann as an additional editor on the HTML Canvas 2D Context Level 2 specification [2].
