This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish the following two revised heartbeat [1] Candidate Recommendations:

2.       HTML Canvas 2D Context:  http://htmlwg.org/canvas-cr-heartbeat/



Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tue Jul 23, this resolution will carry.
