Re: CfC: to publish "HTML5 Image Description Extension" specification as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD)

I'm happy for it as an extension spec.

Note that I maintain reservations about merging it both into HTML5.0
(because of inconsistent current implementations) and HTML5.1 (because of
the need for a more generic replacement attribute on all replaced
elements). These are not relevant to this CfC at this time, but calls for
action.
