Re: HTML Working Group charter under review

Hi Philippe,

1. the milestones table in Section 2.2 lacks 2dContext level 2. Since we
have FPWD of the spec, it would be great to mention that too.

2. this mailing list (public-html-admin) is missing in the list of HTMLWG
MLs in Section 5.
