I just posted my

the bug. I apologize for the delay, but I was primarily focusing on getting
all the pre-Last Call bugs resolved before tackling this one.

There was a mistake in the 9 July minutes. The Bug 22371 was actually
briefly discussed in the June 25th conference call. My comments on the bug
are based on the discussion that happened on June 25th.
